Anxiety attack? Please help So im kinda freaking out right now but Im trying to keep my cool. I havent been feeling well these past few days. I have been feeling nauseous, fever, tummy aches, bad acid reflux, sore joints for the past few days. I have tmj so my jaw neck and shoulder have been kinda sore. Suddenly a few mins ago, I felt my right armpit and upper breast feel really tender and sore. I touch it and it hurts really bad. Then a few mins later, my neck went a little bit stiff and sore...I tried to shake it off and distract myself with the computer when all of a sudden I felt a cold/tingling shot go from my elbow to my hand but it wasnt the whole arm or all around it but I felt it on top of my arm and hand. It went away now but Im still kinda freaked out. I have been eating a lot of junk food and candy today. I also have a history of stress and anxiety problems. Any ideas?

Anxiety attacks are normally caused by fear. Fear is a natural emotion however when an emotional trauma causes fear that hasn't been resolved anxiety follows. The feeling of stress added with anxiety will bring on negative health manifestations. It causes break downs in the immune system and when that happens sickness will arise.
It will be important for you to seek out some sort of inner healing in order to rid yourself of the anxiety attacks. Once the fear is gone you will notice a change in your health.
Stress will always be apart of life. It is how we handle stress that will determine the feeling of stress and the negative side effects.
