Hot flashes occur when you get anxiety attacks. you become very sensitive to warmth in a claustrophobic way and you have to get rid of tight fitting clothes. See your doctor as soon as possible as these attacks can be controlled by medication. I was really bad with panic attacks until my doctor prescribed sertraline and my life became bearable again. It doesn't drug you just alleviates anxiety so you feel normal again.
