Can a social anxiety disorder be the cause for essential tremor?

Hello out there! I have a major Social Anxiety Disorder (almost for 4 years) just to mention some of the symptoms :my heart beats very very fast (It is visible )in social situations and when ever i run or whenever i lift a heavy material, i sweat alot in social situations or after a 5 minutes of run, the one thing that worries me alot is that i have this extreme shaking (tremor) on my leg, onmy neck (head),on both of my hands ,on my voice and my back (i feel like my whole back is extremely threaded with some kind of thread) note that this tremor happens whenever i try to make a movement or try to do easy tasks. Besides i have this anxiety feeling before a certain action (e.g presentation ,meeting new people or talking to ladies) normally this anxiety and stress feeling happens a week or days before these events happen. My real question here is i am absolutely embarrased with this extreme tremor so do you think this extreme tremor is caused by my social anxiety disorder? If i am lucky to overcome my SAD will this extreme tremor go away? Are there any studies you guice know that are related with SAD and essential tremor? What do you think of my next move? I really want to know the above questions i would like to live a normal and healthy (happy) life like the old times.

Some of the symptoms you list are not part of an anxiety disorder. Having a fast beating heart when you are running is completely normal; your heart rate is supposed to increase so that blood circulation, and thus oxygen circulation throughout the body is increased. If it is going over your target heart rate (you can find online calculators to determine what this ought to be) by very much and staying there then you have something besides an anxiety disorder going on.

Because your heart rate escalates so quickly with the slightest bit of exercise, it more sounds like you're really out of shape. People who normally lead a sedentary life can become winded and have a fast heart rate just from bending over to tie their shoes. Being out of shape this severely can also cause bodily tremors as the muscles become fatigued very quickly and have trouble supporting normal activities.

I think you need to try exercising more. Exercise is good for helping to control anxiety disorders and will also train and tone your heart, lungs and muscles to be able to handle whatever kind of stress you're putting on them. Yoga is a great body toner and can be done at a slow pace so you don't feel the need to quit once your heart gets pumping all of the sudden. Then you'll want to advance on to other more aerobic exercises like slow jogging, not running, and increase the speed from there.
