Can i have an appeal for recent trial divorce I had an attorney in dec2007 he had a misunderstanding with my daughter and he dropped my case instandly i had a trial coming up on dec26 i didnt know what to do so i went to trial the judge told me it was a continuance and gave a another trial case date on feb82008 iwas not prepared ihad got an attorney because i needed him to represent me i am sick and iam on medication for anxiety and panic attackcs i couldent focus up there and i was not focusing on the questions he was asking me so i lost because i owe my ex somemoneyidontevenhaveihavealwaysbeenahousewifefor 25yrsandhe putan gavronlaworderonme the judge awarded me 550 dollars amonth when he makes 4500 amonth please help me what can i do?I have ason that is 17 yrs old i am getting child support for him but after he turn 18 iam only gonna have 550 i do have a morgage and bills ihave to pay and iam also sck i take xanax |
