Co-signing

Hi iam going to make this short and simple even thou my ex put me through so much HELL heartache and pain and alot of anxiety attacks because of this. so iam writing because i cosigned on a leased car for him in 05.(i cosigned because i done so for another car before this and he made his payments on time for 2 years so i trusted him) but then six months after he got his new car i broke up with him then he started making his payments late.(since 05-07) then in Sept n Oct and Nov 07 he didnt make no payments and Ford was coming to repo the car and he never told me. all those months all he kept saying was on friday iam going to make a payment so to save my credit i was advised by Ford Credit to make payments on the car. so in order to do that i took the car back which he didnt want to give back. he told me he didnt care screw me. eventually i got it and my sister put up the money for me in everything which i have to pay back. we can give the car back in june 08 but we wanted to give back and have no more problems but that wasnt the case. he had a accident with the car just before i took the car Which he told Gieco to talk to me about anything that has to do with the car so that i can get it fixed but they sent him the check instead of the place we had agreed to send the check to have it fixed. he took the check and cashed it. which i had to pay. and also his milage was allowed up to 45 thousand he had 66. i had to pay for that also. and how can i get all my money back help
