Its possible you are suffering from vertigo or even a thyroid condition. You should go get some lab work done to rule out any possible reasons why you are feeling this way. It is possible it is a side-effect of anxiety, but it sounds more like a medical condition if anything.

Your symptoms could be stemming from either anxiety or a real medical condition. If you feel that your doctor is dismissing your concerns prematurely without performing any physical testing then I would suggest getting a second opinion from another doctor or specialist.
