I take Zoloft, it dose help my anxiety. As to concentration, I have Fibromyalgia and suffer from "brain fog," sadly it does not help my concentration. "Brain fog," causes a number of problems, such as memory, confusion, forgetfulness, and so on. So I cannot say how it effect concentration in me, since I already have an issue.

But my PDR does say as a side effect, that it CAN cause impaired concentration, as well as other issues. So to say it WILL HELP CONCENTRATION, I just don't know, especially since I think that it should help as you mild calms and you become less anxious.

Zoloft affects different people in different ways. I take Zoloft for depression. It doesn't help my anxiety much, but it helps to keep me out of a deep rut. I have taken it for two years and haven't experienced better memory, but it does help me stay stable.

There are natural medications and herbs like Ginko Biloba which aid in concentration and memory. If you are on an anti-depressant, you should check with your doctor before starting any herbal or natural remedies as some of them do interact. Some are safe, though, so check!
