How do deal with generalized anxiety beyond medication

I have been on anti anxiety medication for 11 years. Every time i go through a difficult time I become totally consumed by fear and it makes things worse. I am in one of those times now. i find it incredibily difficult to be positive and deal with my issues at hand. I am now sweating at night again as well. It is a bad sort of rank sweat. I am more worried about myself as a result of this. I would like to find out if the night sweats can be controlled and if in doing so i may be able to manage my anxiety and cope better - not just form me but to make things better on my family... i tried to pretent everything is good around the kids. BTW - i am dealing with employments and financial issues. Hope you can provide some insights. thanks

In some states medical marijuana is legal and would be the perfect thing to relieve your stress and help you sleep at night. It is quite effective for the majority of users that medicate with this natural method. There are no side effects and the lift in mind and change in perspective will help you see things in a more hopeful light as well.

Other than that, Yoga might help you relax. It is very calming to the mind and body. Eat well. Get lots of sleep and rent comedies every night. Humor has been found to have wonderful affects on the mind and body.
