How do I get a doctor to take me seriously? I need Help!

Hi, im a 30 yr old Male with no history of heart problems in my family, am slightly overweight by about 20 or 30 pounds. I have had recurring troubles wit Anxiety issues over the last several years which is why doctors dont take me seriously not realizing i am in a happy place in my life right now....except for the pain and tingly feelings along with other symptoms. I havent felt quite right for over a year now with recurring rib pain (which translates into chest pain after a while) that feels like it goes right up around the ribs and up my spine which causes some walking diffculty. Also I have had some bladder problems and my legs and shoulders are stiff constantly in these periods of pain.Dizziness has been a new symptom to pop up lately making me feel real strange as well. I have also developed a horrible heat intolerance so much so it makes it hard to do my job as a cook. Anyways these symptoms seem to come and go and are in the same place every time. I go to see my neurologist and he seems to just brush me off saying my MRI was clear 4 years ago and my cat scan which i had last year was clear as well. He has sent me for some sort of nerve test on my arm tho which couldbe a step in the right direction. I was just hoping for a second opinion -could this be MS? or could this be related to my Epilepsy that i have had since i was born and thought it was under control for all these many years...(sorry for not mentioning the Epilepsy sooner) What could be wrong with me?
