Yoga is great for curing anxiety. I would recommend a meditation technqiue. MAke sure your environment is quiet. You can play music that is relaxing if you think it will help. Sit comfortable on the floor cross ur legs or however you can sit. Keep you spine straight, dont lean over. Do not worry about your wandering mind. Just relax and be stil. Breath through your nose, feel it entering through your nose and going down the spine and back up and out your nose. Worry not about what is happening outside your awareness only focus on the process of the breath. This can be done for several seconds starting out then increased slowly

Breath deeply and smoothly in any yoga pose - or any time in your 'regular' day - and you will feel calmer and less stressed.
