Please, do yourself a favor and read this book and its follow up--it will save you from years and years of anxiety and you will not have to take a single drug to get well.. hope and help for your nerves by Dr. Clare weeks ..this book helped me heal from anxiety and taught me that my body was not in jeopardy from the reactions that stress was causing it--it also taught me how to deal with it and finally how to never have to deal with it again..
