I'm 53 years old, been diagnosed with over 30 plus different diagnosis's

Presently diagnosed with the following: ocd, add, adhd, bi-polar (type 2), anxiety, depression, avoidant behavoir disorder, math disabilities, reading disorder, communication/body language, third grade comprehension level, when people talk to me, i only get the gest of what they said, i did not understand or heard each word being said, if i did i would not understand the word unless it is third grade level. Sleeping disorder (cpap machine), prosody, capd (mild) if there is such a thing? Wear glasses for distancce, started at age 12, wanted glasses because my older sister had them, but really did not need glasses, started smoking age 13, my voice was too high, i was told smoking makes your voice more manly. My mother had rh factor blood, so every child she had, had mental or physical problems because of this. When i was in second grade i sat up front in school, but still the teachers words were muffled, and i raised my hand 100 times, ask him to repeat it, but never uderstoood it after 100 times, but got laughed at from other kids, so i beat them up. Also, when other kids talked to me, i thought they said something to make me mad, so i beat them up to. I lived in a condemned house, sex mulistation in my home, maybe with me too? At age 8 had my first panick attack, fear came over my entire body, from that point on, i was scared with everything i did, even tieing my shoes, tie the right side first because that was good luck. Every grade the second to twelve they passed me.
