No not at all, if you have valid prescriptions they really cannot use it against you. Just tell them up front and bring in proof. Glad I could help you.

As long as the drugs are perscribed to you , your ok , they will call if needed ,
and ask for the pharmacys phone number and rx number , and double check.
no problem if your legit.

So I should continue taking my meds as directed and take the urine test and the company cannot not giving me the position because i am under my doctors care. I been on vasotec for twenty years and it has my blood pressure undercontrol. I have suffered a long time with anxiety and depression for about eight years. They can hold that against me. Or find a way not to hire me. My meds help me and I am fine. Should I keep taking my meds for axniety and depression and insomia. and be safe.

Kind regards, thank you

Yep you will be fine. Do not stop taking meds that is dangerous and a very bad idea. If you could prove you did not get hired because of your medicines almost impossible to do. However if you could prove it depending on the situation you could sue them. Glad I could help you.

First post here...here we go

The main question is what type employment are you testing for? Employment involving any type of operating machinery, driving truck/forklifts may disqualify you because of some of types of meds your are on. Clonazpeam being a tranq may bring you some problems. Just because your medications are prescribed and legal doesn't mean a company isn't going to consider there liability. If your working behind a desk there shouldn't be any concerns, take all medications with you to the drug screening.
