Is this normal? Im on buspirone( buspar) for social anxiety. And everytime i take the meds my head feels weird. Like when i blink my eyes or look up its like a ding in my head. And i pass out fallen asleep. Is this something i should ignore? I just started the meds 4 days ago. And its 10 mg |

You need to let your doctor know the side effects you are having, and ask them what to do. Some side effects go away on their own, after you get the medication in your system, however, other side effects are far more serious.
I would definitely call your doctor and see what he/she says to do.

I used to take buspar for years and it significantly helped me with anxiety-caused headaches. Buspar takes quite some time (possibly a month or so) to reach it's full effect in your body. When I first started taking it, I felt lightheaded and strange. My doctor separated to dose of 15 mgs to1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night which seemed to work alot better and I stopped having that 'strange' feeling.
Definitley talk to your doctor, especially if you fainted. I never experienced the fainting, but felt tired. Your doctor may have you separate the doses or decrease the mgs to better suit you.
I found that buspar helped me a great deal so I wish you luck with it.
