Lonapam

I am having Anxiety disorder for the past 5 years and lonapam is given to me. It helps me a lot since i am still having attack on and off. I am afraid I'd be dependent on it. I even wouldnt go to a nearby store without lonapam in my pocket, if i forgot to take it to my work, i'd panicked and afraid i would need it. I am also thinking about the side effects in the long run. Would somebody help? You know anxiety is a living hell and i really want to be free of this problem and anyone who is having the same problem also be cured. Please help
