If you want to get off probation then you need to comply with all the requirements including drug testing, regardless of whether it was a drug related charge or not. Probation is an opportunity given to you to keep you out of jail, the court can attach any requirements it wants to probabtion, whether it seems fair or not. If you don't comply with all the requirements of your probation, then it is possible and very likely that you will be sent to jail when you go back to court in a few days. The court (judge) already figures it did you a favor by giving you probation instead of locking you up in the first place. If you haven't done what you are suppose to, then the judge will not be inclined to give you another chance.

I suggest that you drink lots of water and go back to where you were suppose to get the drug test done right now, and remain there until you are able to urinate and provide the sample requested. You can probably take some water with you and sit there and drink it. You will be able to urinate before the close of business today. This is probably the only chance you have.

I AM 16 years old, It was a fight between me and my sister. I have tested for them a few times it once tooke me 30 dollars and 5 hours and i couldnt go before. It is NOT a drug charge or anywere near it. & do not answer my question telling me to drink water and go back beacause when I was thier drinking out of the fountain my probation officer said and I quote "dont keep drinking water or it will come up with nothing in it and will be a violation anyways" so DONT tell me things to do that will get me violated.

Well I am sorry to hear that you are having a rough time with this. While I understand it was not a drug charge you were charged with, the judge made his decision and there is nothing you can do about that. You have to follow the order to the letter or you risk getting into further trouble. And no they don't have to give you a heads up as to when the test will take place. Some times it is announced and sometimes it isn't. As far as what your probation officer said to you, that's just crazy. Drinking water before a drug test not only does nothing to the test itself, but is common because obviously if you don't put liquid in you're not going to get liquid out. My first suggestion would be to go back and talk calmly with your probation officer and see if can still try to take the test. If you can't work something out there, then you have no choice but to wait and go back to court. When you go, explain the situation see what happens. Perhaps, given your situation and the fact that you did test for them on a few occasions, they might be willing to work with you. But I caution you that no matter what you try to do, you are going to have to get the attitude in check and go in with a clear head. No one is going to deal with you or care about your situation if you come at them attitude.

I would go see a dr because it sounds like it may be a bladder or kidney in or urinary tract infection needs to be treated as soon as possible

No when your on probation you have to do it cause if you don't and the PO tells the judge he may keep you on probation longer.

What state and county do you live in? With that information it can be researched and a proper responce given to your question. I do know in Washington state, if your conviction and controlling case don't involve drugs and/or drug use, they can't test you unless they have probable cause and/or reason to beleive your using. So with the proper information posted from you, state and county, you can have that issue researched because its the best one you have from what I can see. I hope this helps and good luck.
