If you really have all those symptoms as a result of the accident, even if liability is split, sounds like your damages will easily exceed $100,000 (I can't tell how old you are, whether you can no longer work, or have to work less, how much therapy you had prior to the law suit and how much you will require after the law suit, etc...). If you have all these elements to your claim, even if you are held to be 50% at fault, you would get $50,000. Again - best to check with your attorney because I am working with very limited facts.
