SSD in South Carolina

So I recently went in front of the ALJ. which was a scary thing for me. He had a Vocational Expert their also. It turns out that It was stated something like, I would be off task (concentration on the job) at-least 25% of the time. Also I have no transferable skills that can be used in another job format.

My initial claim for disability includes; Anxiety, Depression, Head Trauma (from car accident in 2000), and Back pain.

So I have 2 questions.
1:) About how long will it be till I know the ALJ decision? (I know I heard they get denials out quicker, to give the person a chance to appeal)
2:) Is it possible for me to also apply for SSI while I am waiting for the decision? (I have no income what so ever)
