Trouble taking deep breathe I recently was diagnosed with having a couple of anxiety attacks. I was unable to catch my breath and felt panicky. It's been a couple of months since that happened, but I have this uncomfortable feeling of not being able to take a deep breathe. I had a chest x-ray, which came back clear. What's the next step? |

The best thing you can do is start doing breathing exercises for anxiety. Generally, whether you are currently experiencing anxiety symptoms or not, those with anxiety tend to be tense and breathe fairly shallow and rapid. This will cause you to feel like you cannot catch your breathe.
Try to be aware of how you are breathing on a regular basis and try to take deep breathes so that you fill your lungs and on exhale your navel is coming in towards your spine.
