What can I do about rapid heartbeat from my meds and caffeine?

I lost my parents, grandparents & husband is less than 5yrs. My husband and mother were only 2 mnths apart and my husbands was a suicide while my 3yr old and I were in the house. Ive tried counselors but still get stuck with not staying focused and the nightmares like a broken record sometimes. I also broke my tailbone that has never healed properly. My dr. has had me on vicoprofin 2x a day for about 5yrs. We've tried every anti-anxiety med and they made symptoms worse & agitated me more. She recently put me on Adderall XR 20mg once in the morning. She also has me on 1mg xanax 2x a day as needed. Along with the Vicoprofin as needed. I also drink coffee pretty much all day long & i'm a smoker. Usually less than 1/2 pack a day but notice I smoke more after taking the pain meds. Ive noticed not too long after taking the adderall along with the caffeine & pain med that I experience rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath and this kind of makes me nervous considering I'm only 32 and both my parents died of a heart attack before they were 50. Ive been at my dr. while this was happening before & my 02 stats was still 98 when I felt like it was alot lower! This is irritating to me and I try to take a xanax to slow the beat down and want to know if this will work. I'm sure its the caffein making most of it happen. Is there a food like milk or anything that will help slow down these palpitations? I just want to be sure this isn't dangerous for me if it continues & love my coffee! Thanks

Well substitute a couple of cups of decaffinated coffee or you can wait it out less nerves then go back to it and your meds do they have caffine in themor is the medication known to cause rapid heart beat if thats the case you might ask the dr if you can cut the milagrams down

My meds do not have caffeine in them but they do have side effects that are rapid heartbeat. I think it is the coffee that is mainly causing this and switching to decaf is probably the best thing I can do at this point to see if it helps. I guess start at the bottom ruling things out and working my way up to see what works best! Thanks for the suggestions!
