What can we do?

My husband and myself are unable to work,in july21st.my husband had blood-clots bust in his lungs as he was picking up work materials to go home,he was first diagnosed with bruised ribs and sent home, the next week he tried to work and his condition got worse to the point of an ambulance sending him to another hospital where his condition was diagnosed as pulmonary embylisms,he took medical leave without pay and we have exausted all our savings the company he worked for was w.w.Gay for 14+ yrs. We need financial help so bad, we are receiving food stamps he has long term ins. from guardian,but they keep putting us off for this or that they needed and still have caused us to spend every dime of money we were trying to save,because either one of us are young,and this work was all he knows,26yrs.As for me i have diverticulosis,diverticlitis,blood pressure problems degenerated disk problems, depression severe terrible anxiety to the point that my body flenches when i try to sleep,by terminating my husband before the doctors releaseing him we cannot get his cumiden he is in a life threatning situation,we both have serious health problems,and we feel like some how some way,there is someone who can or will help us
