What causes my severe chills? I have crohn's & an ileostomy, every now & then i will get a chill, it starts off at the base of my spine then spreads through me, my feet get so cold there like ice, nothing i do can get me warm. i wrap up & get in bed & just try to sleep through it. it makes me convulse & my breathing is eratic. then as suddenly as it started it ends. ive told my doctor & they say its anxiety attacks but im not convinced. can anyone shed any light please. |
