So many different things can cause stress and anxiety -
new or unfamiliar situations
being unprepared
change
accident, illness
People are all so different. Some folks just seem to roll with the punches and never seem to be stressed out or overly anxious about anything. Others need very little change or distress to feel stressed out or anxious. I guess almost anything can be stressful to someone not good at handling stress.
