Wines is the prime factor that causes anxiety and sufferers react badly to bread and potatoes often gives rise symptoms of intolerance such as digestive disorders.

Caffeine, nicotine, salt , preservatives, hormones in meat, artificial sweeteners.
Also some times the anxiety is affected by the speed at which you eat. Fast eating, not allowing the food to chewed properly in the mouth itself also rises the anxiety level.

Withdrawal of things like caffeine and alcohol can lead to physical anxiety. Even things like Excedrin this is why caffeine is in it. It is a pharmaceutical trap. So pop, coffee, even chocolate can lead to anxiety when you binge for a while, and then stop eating or drinking them abruptly. I heard even fast food contains things that make you go in a sort of withdraw if not consumed after a binge of consumption. Anytime you suffer withdrawal symptoms your anxiety will increase dramatically.
