What herbs can interfere with SSRIs?

I have an herb garden and am interested in making chamomile/lemon balm/catnip tea as a sleep aid. Lemon balm and catnip both have sedative, antidepressant and anti-anxiety qualities.

I certainly don't want a serotonin overdose. Aside from St. John's Wort, are there other herbs I should use with caution or avoid?

Kava is a herbal sedative that should not be taken with benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, alcohol or barbiturates. It has been shown to have an addictive effect with central nervous system medications. Although it is purported to have anti-anxiety and calming effects Kava has associated side effects that include dyskinesia, lethargy and disorientation.
