It is a disorder in which the sufferer feels anxious all, or most of the time. They will be in a constant state of worry which is out of proportion to the risk and will move from issue to issue with no real break from their anxiety. The worries might be over normal, everyday events. It can interfere with sleep and cause symptoms of physical tension.
