Sometimes people feel fearful and apprehensive for no apparent cause. Others feel anxiety due to situations, circumstances, pressures and changes in their every day lives which are challenging to deal with. This is stress anxiety. Problems on the job, in school, in relationships, financial worries, grief and loss are all examples of stress which can cause anxiety -- that fearful apprehensive feeling that can cause physical symptoms such as increase in blood pressure, tachycardia, sweating, headaches, upset stomach, depression.

If you are suffering from stress anxiety, try to change the things you can to lighten your load. It may mean cutting back on scheduling things. Try to practice some sort of relaxation technique. If you are suffering daily for a period of weeks with stress, it may be time to talk to your doctor about medication or ask for a referral to a counselor.

Only your thinking is creating all the problems related to stress and it is the thinking which can solve the problem. Whenever i feel stress i start thinking that what i cannot help should not be worried about. There are some things in the world which should be left for God. Dont feel stressed as it will not solve the problem. Everything is predestined and we can not stop them happening. Just relax and try to go to sleep. Only think of present . The burden of future or present is too much to deal with. Relax and believe in God.

Stress anxiety comes from watching someone come on WebAanswers and ask the same question over and over and over and over and over...
