I know this sounds weird, but yoga. There is no such thing as chemicals that do not affect you unborn child. Everything you take in goes into your child. I suffer from anxiety myself, and during both of my pregnancies, I turned to yoga, light meditation, and near the end, when my hormones got pretty wild, I also benefited from counseling.Walking and any other light exercises are great ways to help relieve anxiety, while doing nothing but good for you body and your unborn child.

The doctor I worked for always encouraged his pregnant patients to walk to reduce or ease tension, as well as keep weight under control, and to keep the body in optimum shape for labor and delivery. Breathing exercises (such as you learn in LaMaze) are also helpful. If you can take a couple of walks daily and relax with some breathing exercises, it should help quite a bit.
