Sounds like GERD and you may have ulcers on the stomach also and the panic attacks are making this worse, and you need to go to the doctor and get on meds to help this , and thinking you are having a heart attack will make you have panic attacks and get on paxil for the panic attacks and get
prilosec for the GERD this is common this time of year to happen to people and you need to rest and get the body back to normal!

You sound like me 5 years ago.
I was diagnosed with Celiac about 5 years ago, I now avoid any foods with wheat, barley or rye and I am as good as new. A doctor can give you an antibody test that will show if you have it or not. This is a genetic problem that is inherited. Did either of your parents have similar problems?

I have had similar problems for several years now, i just had surgery a laporascopic to be exact turns out i had endometriosis and IBS What you described sounds a lot like IBS if i were you id get it checked out immediately because ive had endo and IBS so long that it becAME debilitating and the anxiety attacks lasted so many years that now my anxiety is set in and nearly impossible to get rid of and that alone can cause you to have those problems when i go back for my pre-op this week my dr is putting me on anxiety meds i hated the thought of it but i have heard that it can very often take care of all the problems fast. but seriously check into the ibs thing. i wish you nothing but the best

There can be a number of reasons, starting with anxiety and stress, through diet problems, to symptoms of very serious diseases, such as ovarian cancer.

If you can afford to visit a doctor, it would be a good idea to do so.

Your symptoms sound very scary! I'm so sorry you are feeling that way. There is no way to diagnosis you and I'm no doctor, but it sounds like you need to see one right away. Until you know what you are dealing with - what might be wrong with you - you don't know how to treat it.

If you don't have insurance or a regular doctor I urge you to find a 24 hour critical care type clinic. They do usually require payment up front, but their fees are usually reasonable and they often take credit cards. If money is more of an issue, check in your local phone book for a community health clinic. They often provide free or low cost (sliding scale) help.
